DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS MAY 31, 2010 After this date, players will be accepted based on availability within the appropriate division. A non refundable late fee of $150.00 will be applied to each registration after May 31, 2010 with the exception of first time players in LMHA , pond hoickey registrations and imports.
PAYMENT
All base fees paid by May 31, 2010 and complete registration information received - player is fully registered.
Two payments with a minimum of 50% fees paid by May 31, 2010 and a second cheque post-dated August 1, 2010 - player is tentatively registered until final payment is recieved.
Please indicate level of tryout on registration form. Payment for tryout will be accepted at the time of tryout.
This seasons required fundraiser payment should be post-dated for August 31, 2010.
