LMHA Office will be closed February 6-7th/12. Darrell & Glenda will be away for training with Hockey Alberta. They will be back in the office on February 8th at 9 a.m.. Have a great weekend!

Team Game Sheets
It is highly imperative that all games sheets from all teams be sent in to the LMHA office to be kept on file. We not only have to have them on file for Hockey Alberta but we use them to cross reference referee invoices and city ice rental invoices. So please make sure all copies are sent in and that all names are legible.

LMHA Injury Reports
We have been made aware that there is still confusion on what to do in the event a player gets injured.
The following is the process that the team needs to follow:
1. Complete an injury report form(both sides)- included in managers manual & on LMHA website(Forms tab)
2. Forward completed copy to LMHA office
3. When medical treatment is obtained we also need a return to play signed by the Doctor (on a Doctor's prescription note pad) must be submitted to LMHA office prior to player being on the ice or dry land training.
