PHYSICAL DISTANCING
As per Hockey Alberta’s Return to Hockey Plan, participants in Off-Season Skill Development programs must reside within a specified distance of the host community.
This camp will be organized using Physical Distancing, which requires that participants reside within 200 km of the host community.
- If you reside within a 200 km radius of the host community, you ARE eligible to participate in this camp. Please proceed with the registration form.
- If you reside more than 200 km from the host community, you ARE NOT eligible to participate in a Physical Distancing camp. Thank you for your interest.
For Physical Distancing Camps - Camp is being organized via Physical Distancing with well-spaced circuits, lane setups or station-based programming.
***Players will be asked to complete a mandatory daily check before they will be allowed to participate. Any participant who answers YES to any of the questions may no longer participate in the camp/ program until a minimum 14-day quarantine period has elapsed. Pro-rated registration fees will be refunded.
***The Hockey Alberta Refund Policy applies for registrations submitted after June 30, 2020.
Hockey Alberta’s Pre-Season Prep Camp is an Alberta Built Skills program that will prepare athletes for the 2020-21 season focusing on individual skill development skating, shooting, passing and puck control drills, through the assistance of the Power Edge Pro Program.
All ice sessions will be conducted by a Hockey Alberta Instructor along with a High Performance 1 coach present for all on ice sessions.
At this Alberta Built Skills camp, your child receives:
WHO: U11, U13, U15, U16 male groups and U11, U13, U15, and U18 female groups
WHEN: August 10-13 (U11 male & female and U15 & U18 female prep camps), August 17-20 (U13 male & female and U15 & U16 male prep camps)
WHERE: Lloydminster, Servus Sports Centre (R. Holmes Arena)
COST: $179
NOTE: Meals / snacks are not provided to participants. Players are asked to bring their own meals / snacks.
A schedule and further detail regarding the camp will be email to participants and their parents prior to the start of camp.
